What % of votes will Gary Johnson get if the GOP nominates an establishment (Bush, Rubio, Kasich)? Presumably Gary Johnson will get the Libertarian nomination, but could he get votes from Ted Cruz and Rand Paul if they're not the GOP nominee?

I think it's more likely that some conservatives would stay home. However, he would probably break 1%. I think that the Constitution Party candidate, most likely Hostettler, would also experience a significant bump, although he probably wouldn't perform as well as Johnson.

That's quite small, what would 10% of the vote conclude?

He'll break not only his 2012 record of 1.25 million votes, but also Ed Clark's record of 1.06%

So, about 1.25% is my guess. 1.5ish million votes.

Those are some highly...optimistic ranges in your poll. I might have done something like this:

<1%
1-1.5%
1.5-2%
2-3%
3-5%
5-10%
>10%

My gues would be 1-1.5%.

Less than 1%. Libertarians were excited for his candidacy in 2012 because he was a semi-real candidate with an actual background of winning elections. Now he has his absymal performance in the 2012 elections, a libertarian base that is increasingly ing nuts, and won't tolerate someone who even has a bit of nuance. I wouldn't be surprised if he lost the nomination to Darryl W. Perry.
