Castro isn't even a Senator or in the House. If he defeats Cruz for the senate seat in 2018 than he becomes the leading Dem candidate for 2024 IF Trump wins a 2nd term. Right now he doesn't even have CLOSE to the experience needed to run in 2020.

Right now hes serving as Secretary of Housing or something.
