For some reason like half my friends here at MSU are LGBT (in fact, at least one of each, though one double-counts for G and T ), and they seem to be finding plenty of resources if they need any.  Each group of residence halls has its own LGBT group, but you can go to any you want

Well, actually Ty is a football player (kicker) but still..... most would probably be ok with it upfront, but there would be problems, no doubt.

Congrats MSU!! It must have been a big relief to finally be able to tell someone.

I still haven't come out to anyone yet. I highly doubt I'll ever tell my parents, either. My predicament is the opposite of yours. It's my mom who's the anti-gay right winger, and dad who is more understanding, but still very conservative and anti-gay.

Thanks. It is kinda disheartening to listen to what my parents say about the LGBT crowd. If I never tell them, I wouldn't mind. It's a can of worms I would not like to open.

I bet my parents/family say worse things about the LBGT crowd than yours do.
