Susan Collins and Capito will be the only moderate R 's left.
Kirk & Ayotte will be defeated.

As far as others Portman will follow.
Right, because Murkowski, Paul, Graham, and McCain (for example) don't exist.
Moderate Republicans:
Portman, Ayotte, Kirk, Murkowski, Graham, McCain, Rubio, Thune, Capito, Collins(11)

Moderate Democrats:
Claire McCaskill, Joe Donnelly, Martin Heinrich, Jon Tester, Cory Booker(5)

No moderate Republicans, right?

This race is likely to be close until the end.  The typical rule about an incumbent being below 50% being in big trouble doesn't apply here.  Both candidates are known quantities.  That said, the GOP needs the strongest possible candidates all across the state, for Governor as well, and it would probably be in Ayotte's best interest for Guinta to quit or for him to be defeated in the primary.

Hsssan will win this race & McGinty as well. Pa & NH have a Dem bent that Trump wont be able to go against. Sen-elect Hassan & McGinty.

If this trend continues, the Dems basically have five new seats in the bag already (NH, WI, IL, FL, OH).

Ohio is not in the bag, and Florida might have Grayson as the nominee so that's a huge * right there.

Even if Murphy is the nominee, this race is not over. Murphy isn't Bob Graham, even though Atlas seems to think he is. If it's Murphy vs Jolly and Rubio vs Clinton, it will probably be 2004 all over again. If it's Atwater vs Murphy, Atwater wins.

Let's not get cocky, this is still a toss-up.

This race shouldn't even be close given Hassan's tenure as governor. The fact that it is shows that New Hampshire is a blue state. If Ayotte loses, I hope people will stop calling NH a swing state.

Wait, Atwater is running???

PA, NH & FL are going to go Dem as long as Trump and Carson are the nominees.its probably too late for Rubio, but we will see.

LMAO
Also, where's Joe Manchin on your list?

Remember? He's a Conservative through-and-through, while Collins is close to center-right, but still right-wing. Did you forget to take your Chris Matthews Propaganda?

Not if she narrowly loses in a good year for Democrats. Will you stop calling PA a swing state if Toomey loses?

Toomey's insurmountable lead has vanished, because there hasnt been any polls lately put out showing Toomey well ahead like the Harper one.

It was likely a six pt lead for Toomey & Ayotte tp begin with, well in range for Dems to comeback from in Dem NH & Pa.

Just from reading local news....it seems like Bill O'Brien is looking into challenging Ayotte in the primary.    Which that would just be full of LOL's since O'Brien is basically just a big mouthed conservative blowhard who would have no chance in hell of winning, but might do enough damage to Ayotte to make Hassan's win easier.

What are you talking about???  Hassan is one of the most popular governors in recent history.    The GOP's super-PACs have just been putting out false ads about her "blocking the budget deal" which was set up specifically for her to do by the GOP legislature.

What?

What does make someone a moderate, then?  I'd say a few key policy stances that differ from your national party platform and a willingness to vote with the other party from time to time ... Most of those politicians fit that bill.

McCain moderates who are Specter, Chafee, Coleman, Vonovich, Collins, Kirk & Judd Gregg all were against ANWR oil drilling in ALASKA,refuge, and support green technology. Ayotte is on board with Green Energy as well. Murkowski & Capito are pro choice moderates in AK and WVa in two oil states.

Ayotte & Kirk are in trouble for Ayotte's vote against Gun background chrcks, & Kirk's vote against Immigration reform. All except McCain, Murkowski & Capito and Collins lost to Dems or are in Dem states anyways. Just like in 2004 & 2014, Southern conservative Dems lost to GOPers in the realignment like Landrieu and Zell Miller seat.
