Normal (about 125/75), provided and only provided I take my lisinopril pill every day. Otherwise, that 125 can bounce up to about 150-155.  That is one pill that I make sure I take every day. I don't want a stroke, like the one that just killed my next door neighbor (his wife found him near dead on the floor when she woke up in the morning, and he died a few hours later). Scary stuff.

Yes, and you can take it at most CVS pharmacies, which have a blood pressure device that you can use. Take it!
