The creator and star of the long-running HBO sitcom was asked the question by Variety during the red carpet premiere. After a brief pause, David said his favorite episode was “probably ‘Palestinian Chicken'” from Season 8 of Curb.

In the episode, the show takes on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, with Marty (Bob Einstein) and Susie (Susie Essman) on one side and Larry and his new love interest Shara (Anne Bedian) on the other. Though the episode aired in July 2011, it unfortunately remains just as topical today.

The best episode, by far, is the one with the doll and the water bottle. I’m not sure I’ve EVER laughed harder than I did at that ending, before or since.

The "Bald A**hole" episode is one of those perfect "Larry's technically right but is just principally stubborn to a fault" episodes.
