Most of the senate candidates will be clean, and the governor candidates obviously has a much higher chance of having skeletons in the closet considering they have an executive duty in their state compared to a legislative one. Which gives more way to scandal, for example when republicans were able to make whitewater an issue in the 1994 midterms. And democrats on bridgegate with christie.
