I'll vote against this if the amendment passes.

This amendment doesn't even change anything.

Hostile.

If people can drink in public, they should be allowed to smoke in public, period.
What are the known negatives for public intoxication? There's an obvious answer for smoking - secondhand smoke.

Due to a) my opposition and general to smoking in general, and b) respecting regional rights, this vote will be pretty easy for me.

Vote on Final Passage of the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act of 2013:

Aye (6): bore, Maxwell, NC Yankee, sbane, and TNF
Nay (2): Gass3268 and Xahar
Abstain (0):

Didn't Vote (2): Napoleon and TJ in Cleve

With six votes in the afirmative and time having expired, this bill is passed and presented to the President for executive action.
I see I am being ignored again...

Aye

I have my doubts that the original version could override a veto - this version is better than nothing at all.
