Sanders will be in till the convention, indictment or not.  He may hope that she is indicted--we all do, since it may very well keep her from becoming the next President--but that's not why he's still in.

Who's "we"? Certainly not the nearly 17 million people who voted for her, more than that voted for any other candidate on either side.
