Okay, I guess I'll contribute:

Given that I don't think the police should even persecute victimless drug crimes in the first place, I don't believe it at all necessary to use Man's Best Friend to help enforce the law in this way.  Additionally, I don't believe the raising of pups for the sole purpose to act as drug sniffers is a very humane at all.

As long as the Mideast has drug laws on the books, I see no reason why the police cannot use dogs to find them.

I'll bring the necessary research that shows that drug dogs are definitely not the most effectively use of resources for "sniffing out" drugs over the next couple of days.

In closing for tonight, I would just like the Governor and his allies in the Mideast Reich to consider the emotional and mental trauma that occurs when you raise dogs for the purpose of sniffing out narcotics.

If you find this method of finding drugs inefficient, do you intend to propose an alternative method for finding drugs that you believe will be more effective that you'd like to propose instead?

No, I intend on banning them all.  Drugs should be safe, legal, but not exactly rare.
