No, what is needed is to force the labor costs of Germany to increase, in order to reequilibrate the market, to the advantages of the masses, not the elite, as proposed.

You mean, Chinese masses, I guess?

No, other measures should be taken to curtain trade with China or force the Chinese standards higher.
