Good move. I was actually wondering why there was no absentee votig during this last election when I was afraid i would not be available. Very good move.

Give credit to Fritz and Beet, they are the authors of the original two amendments, I combined them and amended them to get things done quicker merely (still took ages to pass the senate.....)
