The conventional wisdom seems to be that she used up all her gunpowder in the second debate, especially the "look at that face" line that CNN teed up for her, and isn't going to have the fire or the interest as a novelty candidate in the third (she may also be hurt by the fact that it's apparently going to be run seriously by CNBC and not as a joke like CNN did).  Are we so sure about this?  Does anyone think she's going to come in guns blazing with an entirely new set of attacks and shoot Trump out of the sky?

Support for Carly Fiorina is entirely debate-propelled; she better hope that there's one right before IA and another before NH.

Polling averages make it hilariously obvious how she gets a spike after every debate and a trough after everyone's forgotten about them. She isn't that controversial (like Trump/Carson) and doesn't have some arbitrary lovefest with the media (Bush/Rubio), so she doesn't get as much attention as she should and hence suffers in the polls when there isn't a recent debate to talk about.

Yeah, debates are really her only ace in the hole, so I expect her to come out swinging again. But she needs to find some way to maintain the momentum or it's for nothing.

The media lovefest for Rubio ever since April is ridiculous, but Bush? He's getting pounded by them lately. They totally threw him under the bus in favor of their Cuban pretty boy, LOL. Poor guy can't catch a break.

I mean, negative media attention is better than none, arguably.

We did forget about Fiorina, and for good reason.

The Republican Party won't nominate a woman for several more cycles.

Remember, this is a person who lost to an incredibly unpopular Senator (whose approvals were hovering at ~40% and was reeling from gaffes in the year prior) in a Republican wave year by double digits.

Her disastrous record at HP will forever weigh her down from reaching for higher office.

We are, because her campaign operation is basically nonexistant. Her organization and her ground game is extremely poor, which is the reason why her candidate goes through increasingly jarring stop and gos. Until she works on the fundamentals of her campaign, she has little chance.

She is like Beetlejuice, she only appears when debate moderators say her name three times to summon her

Possibly VP, but that depends on Fiorina's performance going forward.

If she had any ability for quality leadership, or even effective management, it would have been demonstrated by now. Her only possible path to the nomination is if the blast from Huckabee's suicide vest kills everyone but her. (And even then, she'd still face some competition.
