If Hagrid is dead set opposed and guarranteed to vote nay, UC is still possible, because he has no incentive to delay it in that case. But if he wants to add conditions or such, then this will not be possible.

What the hell I just do it and see what happens.

I ask unanimous consent to waive the minimum debate time and cloture requirement to proceed immediately to a final vote. Senators have 24 hours to object. (I typed the keys to write this out to the beat of "Go All the Way" by the Raspberries Tongue Take that however you want to. Wink)

I am going to use my last bit of energy before I collapse from exhaustion to open a vote on this.

Seeing no object, the rules are suspended and we shall proceed immediately to a final vote, please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

- Assemble a bipartisan panel of fact-checkers to evaluate claims made on the 2012 board
Would you volunteer for that Nix? Tongue

- Issue a statement strongly condemning the board's numerous trolls and hacks, and encouraging the Atlas community to ignore their comments when there is no hope of a productive exchange occurring
But ICBMs look so grand when launching Tongue

- Encourage our best posters to make contributions to the 2012 board
Already being done

I decided they aren't even worthy of opening my precious ICBM silos, I change my vote to nay.

This has enough votes to pass, Senators have 24 hours to change their votes.
