By whom? Or did he create socks?
Devin is KingCountyRepublican; KingCountyRepublican is Devin. Both accounts have been banned.
So, former VP Candidate and Pacific Perennial Candidate Devin has been caught trying to mastermind a plot to get a sock of his, KingCountyRepublican, elected to the Pacific Council (the same office that he failed to obtain in at least the last two elections), probably because his reputation was ruined from so many failed attempts to gain office. It seems that much effort was made on the part of Devin to portray KCR as legitimate, having posted a selfie of KCR "trying to look tough" with a horrible t-shirt on. Devin even praised KCR for "getting involved" and told him to ask himself to give advice.

It is clear what the motivation is behind this and I urge all of us to more vigilant for socks in the future.
