I guess so.
As already stated, McMansions are large homes built out of cheap materials, that are sold at cheap prices way out in the exurbs. I think the cheapy-built part is the largest criticism of them.

if that is the case, yes that is far superior to living in a dumpy apartment pissing away money on hyper-inflated rent and living at the mercy of a crooked landlord.
