http://news.nationalpost.com/2012/11/04/canada-calls-the-u-s-election-guess-who-wins-obama-or-romney/

According to this, Obama would have won Alberta comfortably.  No idea how reliable it is.

You should try another 2012 with a realistic Canada (Obama winning big in every province).

I could do that, but without election data by census division, the best I could do would be to adjust province-by-province based on the data you provided. It wouldn't be as "scientific" but it could be interesting.

I also plan on doing some more demographic maps soon. Perhaps income and education. Any requests there?

Wait until Wednesday when the first wave of the 2011 NHS (National Household Survey) data is released.

Cool. Over the next few days I'll make a bunch of maps. Religion, Race, Changes since 2006 in both, and maybe ethnic origin. I'll do them by census division, probably by riding, and I might be able to do by census subdivision by request.

The irreligion in rural BC/Alberta is interesting given how conservative those areas are politically.

That may be the case of being a plurality among evenly divised religious affiliations.
Or than those irreligious people are fiscally conservative.

Misleading map, as most Quebecers are nominally Catholic, but did not put foot in a Church for years.

Other Christian by Census Divisions, 2011 NHS

Other Christian clearly contains Mormons (southern Alberta), Mennonites (southern Manitoba), but I'm not sure what else.

Interesting how Pentecostal is mostly a map of the Aboriginal population.

Any idea what that "other Christian" in Labrador is?

After digging a bit, it looks like it's the Moravian Church.

Why are they in Labrador, of all places?
