A woman I work with just posted this pic to facebook:

Good to see Bushie isn't the only one focusing on Christmas. And apparently, she's focusing on Christmas 2011.

There are also only 108 days until Christmas, not 212. Weird.

1000 calories to go from 160 to 150 quickly is about right. To be where Bushie is and lose weight, you simply have to eat like a normal human being.

Right, but the same idea applies.  I would just treat overeating as an addiction.  It's much more effective to go cold turkey on soda, sweets and processed food than it is to learn how to eat like a normal human being.  Or, if you're really fat, just saying, no soda and no fast food would be good.  It's just easier to make ironclad rules and focus on your habits than it is to say to yourself, "that's enough french fries."

Oh I know. That's why I had Bushie do the no ice cream/fries challenge, which he turned into a dinner of mashed potatoes and ice cream 72 hours later.

I just can't imagine people not liking basic things like fruits and vegetables. He literally only likes burgers, red meat, carbs and sugar.

Meh, I wouldn't blame Oklahomans anymore for Bushie's insanity. Braum's sells fresh produce, Yelp has some good reviews for places throughout Tulsa. Bushie's just that fat mentally ill guy you can find anywhere.

Apparently. But he's made clear how disgusting he finds water to be many times in the past.

Bushie views drinking water, like eating vegetables or any meat besides burgers/steaks, to be punishment, as bizarre as it sounds.

If Bushie gets really thirsty, does he chug Dr. Pepper instead of water? Or maybe he never gets too thirsty because he doesn't move much...

Really typical - someone who is chronically dehydrated (but confuses it for hunger). he downs Dr Pepper (sorry, diet Dr Pepper)... a cola, with caffeine ... a diuretic. Something that is drawing away what little water you have in your system.

Well done again, Sparky.

Metro Atlanta is very much a cosmopolitan city. Not as much in the urban planning sense, but it has lots of world class businesses and institutions. If you're looking for a state in the Deep South to compare to Oklahoma, it's not Georgia. It's Alabama. Georgia is more like Texas.

So two pages of Update without Bushie?  What's the longest stretch of Update in which Bushie didn't participate?  Will this one make it to the end and on to part XVII without the lead character?

I think he says he eats lettuce on it, but he doesn't like tomatoes.
