I don't like the 5 hour/day limit.
I think 9 PM is too early.
The minimum wage clause is redundant.
I don't like clause 5 - it inhibits a minor from working with dangerous machinery in an internship where they are trying to learn something that very may well be their career goal.
Clause 6 is absolutely ridiculous - coming from someone who has worked 7 years in the food industry.

I think 5 hours is fine and working til 9 PM is reasonable as well. Children still have schoolwork to do and have to sleep before school, so they can't work until 12 and then have 3 essays to write and then go to school at 7 AM, it's just too much.

The minimum wage clause is a bit redundant, yes.

I think my intent is clear in Clause 5, and Clause 6 can be scraped, it was really more of a model of the law around where I live.

I think Tmth makes a good point as well.

Hang on - we have several propsed amendments.  Condense it into 1 amendment that shows everything you want changed.
