What is it that attracts racists to join the police?  Not making generalizations here, there are obviously plenty of cops that don't act like this.

IQ limits for one. Police forces literally don't want to hire people who are too smart. They want people who will follow orders without thinking about them.

Additionally, the police force is one of the few avenues left for non-college educated Whites to become financially successful.

These are, of course, self re-reinforcing problems. If the police force is full of uneducated, culturally backwards White men, people who don't fit that profile simply don't want to join it, they don't want to be around people like that all day.

Wow. Even as a now defense attorney I can readily say this is some seriously stupid $hit right here.
