oh, more seriously, would Ron Paul continue prosecuting him?  EDIT: a quick Google search says Paul once called Manning a "hero", so, maybe not.

HE is a traitor, he could have put American lives in jeopardy. He should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If he is found to have broken the law, he should be given a reasonable punishment. That's how this whole "law" thing works.

Not that I think he did anything morally wrong, but it's pretty hypocritical for people on the one hand to complain that his constitutional rights are being ignored and other hand argue that he shouldn't be charged for breaking the laws he did break.

I don't care about his constitutional rights being violated because they are constitutional rights, but because I believe that they should exist.
