A Second Bush term (1993-1997):

_No Push Health Care Reform

_No Family Medical Leave Law(at least not in 1993)

_Brady Bill is Vetoed

_No Assault Weapons Ban in 1994

_NAFTA Still happens as it was a Republican brain Child, not Clinton's or the Democrat's.

_No Tax Increase in the 1993

_White and Blackmon are less likely to retire with Bush in the White House, so they probably hold on longer.

_The Democrats keep the House and Senate in 1994, but make minimum gains, and the GOP may make some  gains in state/local races though, particularly in the south.

_Somalia goes better, but is still not a smashing success

_The US probably intervenes in Rwanda. Bosnia might not see any intervention though

_No "Agreed Framework" in North Korea.

_A more liberal version of Welfare Reform Passes a Democratic Congress and is signed into law by Bush,

_A Democrat beats Dan Quayle or Bob Dole in 1996 by a respectable margin, and said Democrat is most likely re elected in 2000. The GOP retakes the House and/or Senate as early as 1998 but no later than 2002. The Republicans most likely win in 2004. What happens after is anyone's guess.
