Okay, I'm going to try this again Wink
Republican:
Bahney vs. Moratlis vs. Coppersmith vs. John Smith vs. Drexler vs. Valmont

Democrat:
Constine vs. L'Hermine vs. Pilar

I played as Mary Ruwart, Libertarian...

Map before Iowa...
Republican:

Democrat:

On January 21st, Coppersmith and Smith dropped out of the Republican race. Drexler suprisingly wins Michigan, but doesn't get many delegates from it. Valmont also eeked out a win in Florida. Going into Super Tuesday, Bahney was the presumptive nominee for Republicans, while it was a 3-man race for the Democratic nomination.
On Super Tueday, Valmont performed suprisingly well, winning 5 states. On the Democratic side, Pilar performed well, and earned frontrunner status. On February 21, Moratlis withdrew from the race. Valmont withdraws on March 3. The following week, Drexler endorses Bahney, and withdraws from the race. Bahney is the Republican nominee.
The Democratic primaries drug on. It was very similar to RL 2008, except there were 3 candidates. Pilar had a slight delegate lead, but still needed 400 more. No one would be the nominee by the end of the primaries.
Indiana Results:
L'Hermine: 33.4%
Constine: 33.1%
Pilar: 33.5%
At the convention Constine was eliminated first, although he had recieved more votes than L'Hermine. In the final vote, Pilar recieved a majority, and became the Democratic nominee, at a very divided convention.
Bahney/Lieberman vs. Pilar/Biden vs. Ruwart/Brown
Final Map:

Bahney: 54.8%  107,802,595
Pilar: 41.3%       81,204,562
Ruwart: 3.9%    7,576,207
Best Bahney State: Utah, 83%
Best Pilar State: D.C., 65%
Best Ruwart State: Illinois, 11%

I ran:

Republican:
Bahney vs. Drexler vs. Moratlis vs. Coppersmith

Democrat:
L'Hermine vs. Constine

Constitution:
Baldwin (Me)

Well, I forgot to post maps after Super Tuesday and such. Moratlis dropped out after Iowa. L'Hermine won all states on Super Tuesday. After that, though, momentum shifted to Constine. He managed to win Virginia, Ohio, Texas, D.C., Oregon, and Montana.
Republican race was a 3 way tie. Coppersmith had a huge lead going into Iowa, but lost most of the momentum. After only managing to win Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Alabama, Bahney stunned many, and dropped out, despite only trailing by 100 delegates, and leading in Texas and Pennyslvania.
Final Primary Maps, between Final 2 on each side. (Winner won both with about 57% of the vote)
Coppersmith: Blue
Drexler: Yellow (Impressed with him. He only led in Oregon after Iowa Caucus)

L'Hermine: Red
Constine: Blue
(Sorry for map quality)

General Election: L'Hermine/Dodd vs. Drexler/Sanford
(VP picks ironic, huh?)
Map going into election day: 50.8-48.6%, Advantage Drexler

Final Results:
At first, it was called for Drexler. Then, California was taken from him. Then, it went back to him. This kept going back and forth, but in the end, it switch to Drexler for good with 98% reporting, and he won the state by only 75,000 votes. If he had lost, it would have been an electoral tie.
Drexler- 50.5%
L'Hermine- 49.3%
Baldwin- 3%

I normally get a lot of footsoldiers in Iowa, and I'll stop there once every two weeks. I normally focus on Michigan and New Hampshire. That way, I'll at least have some momentum going into Super Tuesday. I have a strategy laid out well in advance. For example, I normall focus on doing OK on Super Tuesday, but do well on the March 4th primaries. Winning Texas and Ohio will give you momentum to win Pennyslvania, which should send you sailing through the rest.
