The way you phrased the question, Wisconsin. For Trump, Michigan is likelier than Wisconsin, but it's very unlikely that he flips both, while in a future election Wisconsin is tough but doable for a competitive Republican while Michigan is out of reach except in a very unusual blowout. Thus, Wisconsin flips first, but that first isn't in 2016.

He won't win either, but Wisconsin will probably be closer.

I personally think he will have a harder time winning WI than MI because he lost there in the primary.
