Deport John McCain back to Panama where he bloody belongs.

Then I'd probably start nationalizing various industries, ban HMOs, abolish capital punishment, abolish DOMA, grant amnesty to undocumented immigrants, grant amnesty to people convicted of victimless crimes, institute a national minimum income, begin a mandatory gun confiscation scheme, and slash the defense/military budget by at least 95%.

Is this before or after you're impeached?

Tut tut.  Dictators for Life can't be impeached you know.
