Torn between Idaho and Alaska.

IIRC Idaho's going through a court case right now, and if that doesn't work, then Alaska will probably legalize it through a referendum.

Okay?

I voted Idaho, but the first 2012 R states to get it by a statewide vote would probably be GA or AZ. Indiana's also up there although I'm kind of having fun for now just watching all of the homophobic, conservative zealots have hissy fits and politicians embarrassing their own states even more.
