Law enforcement should attempt to not be pricks throughout the year, not just Christmas.

Either way, the fact that it's a gift voucher for Starbucks is the most objectionable thing.  Why not just give them five bucks?  Much less corporatist.
Yes, let's just hand cold hard cash out to people. That's a great plan.

Ideally they'd give them a giftcard to a local coffee shop, not some horrible corporation like Starbucks, but whatever.
