Your opinion of the preceding poster as President of the United States? Popular or not? How were they elected....close...comfortable...landslide? Would they be "historic" like Roosevelt, Truman, Reagan, ect....or lost like Hayes, Harrison, Taft and Harding?

GO.

Carter Like- fairly moderate liberal; means well; gets elected, but too nice to be president and loses re-election.

Ironically, probably pretty similar to Bill Clinton.

Hahahaha

Into office ala Ford, not popular or unpopular due to America's intense confusion.  Not reelected, erased from history hastily.

I would win Oklahoma. and Yes I would be the Democratic version of Ford ideologically..

as for NdN, He would be a mixture of Eisenhower and Bill Clinton..

and fezzy you are mean.

His ideas would never get past Congress, so he'd be ok as president.

I'd personally like his Presidency, if that means anything.

We'd normalize relations to Cuba.

He'd be a good president.

We'd never know what he looked like or his name which is a plus.

But Gilbert and Sullivan being the new U.S. symbols?  Neh.   Tongue

National food -- Primanti's!

National colors -- ditch red, white and blue for black and gold!

Father of our country -- George who?  It was Chuck Noll!

Opening line at first press conference --  "I want to thank y'inz for coming out today."

First official legislation  -- a bill banning the use of the term "rubber band" and replacing it with the term, "gum band".

Frankly, ladies and gentlemen....  THIS is the change we need!

I don't think I'd like the decisions he'd make and I'd probably campaign against him. Then, in ten or twenty years I'd look back and secretly acknowledge to myself that he was actually a pretty good President.

I'd probably like him, although I'd likely disagree with most of his policies.

I believe we wouldn't agree on very much. I'm sure I wouldn't like his foreign policy.

Has a moderately large first election win and thereafter commits to strong environmental action and more moderate overall government.  Wins a slightly smaller, but still significant reelection.  Has a minor downswing of support near the end of his second term due to a slight economic fall, though it will soon self correct itself after the green-collar jobs stabalize.  Sadly this will not save his VP who will lose a hard fought election campaign.
