States owned land in Palestine during the 1940s?
My great grandparents did, yes. An olive orchard to be more exact. My family had lawyers fight for monetary compensation for years. I even have a hilarious letter from one calling the Israelis "evil".

Um, one has nothing to do with the other. In the case of my family we owned a farm which was seized by threat of violence by a foreign government. They told my family members they'd kill the men and rape the daughters if they didn't vacate the property.
Slave reparations revolve around repaying blacks for their ancestors being enslaved.
A closer and more accurate comparison would be to ask me if I support repaying southern plantation owners who's property was confiscated and destroyed by the US govt.
