The NFL has covered up for plenty of real criminals, who still get to keep their outrageous salaries and fame, and we don't see him talking about those folks.

But sure, let's talk about firing people who are actually doing nothing wrong.

I'm still not seeing how what Kaepernick did was so toxic, but the NFL and it's fans have absolutely no problem with this:
