What is this anti-clogging rule you are talking about?

Maybe something like giving each senator an entitlement to at least one bill on the senate floor? Or giving more discretion to the PPT or the administration as to what gets to the floor?

I strive to utilize my PPT slots and such wihch along with the clogging rule helps to equalize the floor time to latter and newer sEnators so flexibility is already present and you and shua have both had time in the PPT slots thus. So to put ti shortly, since I am rushed, we already have a lot of the latter, and it is more efficient thne the former, Senator bore.

Okay, I am calling 24 hours on objections to waiving cloture and proceeding to a final vote.

Yeah, I know that we do have lots of PPT slots, and I personally am fine with the current situation. I was just saying that if people thought it was difficult for new senators to get bills to the floor, further increasing the number of PPT or administration slots would be a way to make it easier.
