I reckon he did, with some help. Trump's a smart man who dumbs his speech down to get across to the voter bloc that will vote for him.

Incredible. Trump didn't have a prayer in Colorado. He might be gotten a few delegates in a proportional, but this may actually Winx up better for him. We already had a tale on AAD of a parent switching Cruz to Trump over this. If Trump falls <10 delegates short, then the vote would've obviously been critical, but so long as he wins, this could be a prevailing issue to rally people. First good move in a long time.

Regardless, he ignores the fact that the parties are private organizations and can do whatever they want.

Ooh, sub-poll: If you were to have seen Donald Trump write this article by himself, what would your reaction be?

Something like Rudy Giuliani's reaction in this video

The byline says "Donald J. Trump". Is there any reason to doubt that Trump himself wrote it? I'm beginning to think that Trump's candidacy hasn't even begun to pick up steam.

Perhaps we'll begin to see substantive articles looking at Trump's foreign policy positions or what is fueling the Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump insurgencies. As I've said for some time, I think it would be unwise to discount Trump's political savvy, abilities, or support.

What you are legally required to do and what you should actually do are very different questions.

So, just to make sure I understand, you're saying that,, legally, you can take advantage of bankruptcy laws to screw over your investors and then brag about it, but what you should do as a decent human being is something different?

This sort of inside baseball has never been a winning issue for anyone and won't be for trump, especially when you consider how firm opinions on him are on both sides.

The voters do not decide who the party nominates.  That would be ludicrous,  especially since some states have open primaries.  The party has to control the process.

Mike Huckabee describes Trump's piece as a "brilliant" essay that tied "his treatment from the political class to the treatment that Americans are feeling from the political class."

From the Newsmax message:

I agree with Huckabee.
