Regardless, he ignores the fact that the parties are private organizations and can do whatever they want.

What you are legally required to do and what you should actually do are very different questions.

So, just to make sure I understand, you're saying that,, legally, you can take advantage of bankruptcy laws to screw over your investors and then brag about it, but what you should do as a decent human being is something different?
