I was wondering where our British contingent falls on the football issue.  Who do you support?  Do you care?  I support the Bhoys, Glasgow Celtic in Scottish league.  I used to support Liverpool back when they were actually an English side.  Am I correct in my assumption that most of the Britih posters are from N. England.

In the premiership I support Chelski and I have a soft spot for Man City.

My local team is Southend United, so I go to a lot of Div. 3 matches.

Are you familiar with Burton on Trent's team?

Not really... I know Burton fairly well though... and most people in the U.K know certain products made in Burton very well...

The Stadium of Light is a pretty cool nickname for a Football ground.

In my opinion one of the best stadiums in Britain. Only Anfield, CMS, and Old Trafford can match it.

I was a season ticket holder at Everton for three years whilst at University.

Great club, great atmosphere and amazing team to follow away from home.

Burton Albion are semi-professional. They play the conference and they are managd by Nigel Clough who is the son of Brian.

So far so good this season Everton are 4-1-1 ands Pompey on Sunday. So hopefully the nosebleed start can continue.

Good call by Everton not to sign Rooney.  He only scored three goals in Champions league match.

Not to sign him? He used to play for them, they sold him, for £27million. A club in financial problems like Everton couldn't refuse.
