Also, what are the odds Democrats hold Kessler's Senate seat? His district narrowly elected a Republican last year, IIRC.

Tomblin made two legislative appointments today - HD's 21 and 25. Both southern districts that elected Democrats. Nothing on SD9 yet, though.
