Interesting question. These two states were very close (less than a fifth of a point) to one another in 2008 and 2012.

I'd imagine both states will go to the winner of the General Election.

I'll guess New Hampshire has a slightly better chance of going Republican, partly because there's a non-trivial chance a Republican from the state will be on a national ticket.
