Under Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitution I am permitted to dismiss Senators as I deem fit.  Although an official justification is not necessary, I will provide one: Earl was serving in two positions at the same time, so I felt it appropriate to remove the potential conflict of interest by expelling him from the position in which his conflict of interest was more problematic.  I hope that we as Atlasias can recognize that this was a necessary step to ensuring true freedom in our legislative branch and the Atlasian media.
