Yeah, it needs to be remembered that she is filing this on behalf of:

There's no standing here at all, and not even a basis for a suit (which is why it should be tossed), but if I were a judge I would enjoy seeing someone destroy this in front of her.

@Turk: Yeah, this is why it's advisable to hire a real attorney first. Tongue

This woman has inspired me to sue all straight women for not going out with me. They are sick disgusting people and need to pay for their sins against me.

Those who oppose lawsuit reform are to blame.  This is what they've created.

No. Deranged people have filed stupid and quickly dismissed lawsuits for centuries. Your post is a nonsequiter.

The tolerance level among gayz and islam do have a lot in common, pointing this out also seems to be tolerant; how can that be?

And they should be penalized for it -because it wastes time.

Should they? They are deranged, I'm not sure they would understand punishment or penalty, they could see themselves as martyrs or a "trial imposed to me by God".

What is needed is, honestly, better access to mental healthcare. Some of them need it (but I wouldn't force it on them unless they are dangerous).

No.  This one won't see the light of day so it won't be on any serious radar long enough to be a poster child for tort reform.
