I have two proposals for maps:
1) Uneven amount of states, even amount of US population
California Olympia Rockies Red River Mimal Mishigami Rust Belt Everglades Dixie Franklin Hudson (NY & NJ) New England
Each district elects one representative, each district along with three others elect four as a whole "megaregion" using PR-STV.

2) Even amount of states, uneven amount of population
Oeste Pacific Four Corners Big Sky Rio Grande Plains Country Far North Corn Belt Gulf Coast Atlantica Riverlands (MD, DE, PA, NJ, & NY) New England
Each district elects one representative, each district along with three others elect four as a whole "megaregion" using PR-STV.
