I'll be there as long as I have time, money, transportation, and am meeting up with a poster that's 21. Will be attending few if any of the events, though. Maybe a What-If? or History panel discussion.

Funnily enough, I'm pretty sure the person I live the closest to is Keystone Phil. I do go to Lancaster on occasion though.
Pretty sure Snowstalker, Carl (whose six month leave of absence is coming to a close soon, IIRC), and Sawx live in the same county.

20RP12 doesn't live in Lancaster County, and he isn't coming back to Atlas. He might come there for college though.
Really? Why has he decided not to return?

If his life's better beyond here, all the more power to him. He reminds me of a pledge brother of mine who was the worst imaginable last semester but finally started to get his shyte together. Hopefully Karl an too.
