The Scenario:

It is October 2007 the results of poll averages for the 2 parties are being compiled. For those candidates who have 0 votes they will be eliminated and not make  it to either the second poll or the Iowa Caucus (depending on how many candidates get eliminated). Winner(s) of this round will not be able to be eliminated in the following round.

These names are largely based on FDR's thread with two additions Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein

Assiociated Press Report out of Washington D.C.
10/05/07

The results of the first polls of the Presidential season have triggered a lot of action from candidates from both parties.

So far Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Wes Clark, Russ Feingold, Dennis Kucinich, and Even Bayh, whom is rumored already have decided to declare his candidacy in the coming days, have put together Exploratory Committees.

Two Republicans have done the same Jeb Bush and Rudy Giuliani.

It will be an interesting campiagn season, more candidates are expected to put their committees together as the month slowly goes by and the averages of the polls are compiled.
