Could centrist Democratic Rep. Thomas Suozzi (D-N.Y.) from NY-03 district, lose reelection in 2018 after his comments were published and revealed this weekend, about "using the Second Amendment" on President Trump?

NY-03 is a D+1 district, essentially a lean Democratic district in parts of white ethnic Queens, Long Island (Nassau's Glen Cove, Roslyn), and Suffolk's Huntington and Northport. It is one of my favorite congressional districts by the way, next to NJ-06, NJ-07, NJ-11, CA-49, NY-01, NY-02, NY-04)

NY-03 was last held by famous Rep. Steve Israel.

I think Suozzi would be a good VP for Kamala Harris. He brings centrists to her campaign.
