Here is a good blog to follow for this race: http://bluegrasspolitics.bloginky.com/category/federal-government/ky-6th/

Barr has about $1.1 Million, Jensen has $268,000.

She needs money.

Not exactly bold to be running a pro-ACA campaign in 2014 -- where was she in 2010 and 2012 when we needed people like her?

Nonetheless, it's still good to hear Red State Democrats jumping onboard.

Looking forward to voting for her.  With any luck, she'll be my new Representative next year.

There was an incumbent Democrat in this district for those cycles. Barr took office after 2012.

Eh, this is over hyped by dems who hate Barr so much that they think they'll win this. Its pretty unlikely.

2012
Ben Chandler (I) - 46.7%
Andy Barr - 50.6%

2010
Ben Chandler (I) - 50.1%
Andy Barr - 49.8%

Can we stop playing the "over hyped" card because one thread got a few posts in the same day?

I keep saying that Grimes will probably carry this district. Its Likely Barr now, but I think it could get closer.
