Democrats-LA County, CA or Cook County, IL as both those counties contain all the major components of the Democratic coalition-urban white "progressives", inner city minorities, and swing voter suburbanites

Republicans-Probably a rural, heavily white and Evangelical county in Texas or Oklahoma
