Both targeted at the same poster.

Quote A:

I'll just try to respond to this entire thread in one post...

1) Definition of "Sodomy":

Sodomy is NEVER defined in the bible as encompassing sexual relations between a man and a woman.  In fact, other than the Old Testament (OT) law forbidding sex during a woman's period, the bible places ZERO restriction on what takes place in a marriage bed between a husband in a wife.

The term "Sodomy" comes from the actons of the mob in Sodom, which obviously did not include sex between men and women.  Basically, society’s broadening of the definition of "sodomy" to include anal-sex between a husband and a wife goes beyond the biblical definition.

2) Sinless Sex:

The bible introduces the context of sex in Genesis 4:1, “Adam lay with his wife Eve, and she became pregnant.”  One man, one woman, in marriage.

The bible makes it clear, through its regulations, that sex outside of this context is sin.  And the New Testament (NT) is even more in tuned with the context of Gen 4:1 than even the Law of Moses was, since the NT does not allow bigamy.

3) Was the bible condemning Sodom only of rape and NOT homosexuality?

From Lot’s actions, offering his virgin daughters to the mob instead of himself, it is clear that Lot was trying to fend off more than a simple rape.  Lot was trying to at least lessen the sin by offering heterosexual sex to the mob.

Since he offered his daughters (which the mob refused and instead tried to grab Lot himself), concluding that the sin of Sodom only involved rape makes Lot out to an extremely warped person, contrary to the bible's testimony that Lot was a righteous person.

4) Law of Moses

Obviously condemns homosexual sex in Leviticus 18:22; 20:13

5) New Testament

Obviously condemns homosexual sex in Romans chapter 1 and 1Cor 6:9-10.

6) Biblical Definition of Marriage

“Marriage” is never presented or referred to in the bible as anything other than a heterosexual relationship.

7) Conclusion: Biblical uniformity.

The bible, from beginning to end, is consistent on the subject of homosexuality.

Some laws, like dietary laws, have changed: (Adam ate only vegetables, Noah ate everything including all meats, Law of Moses forbid the eating unclean meats, NT resumed the freedom on Noah’s diet)…

…but the bible’s teaching on homosexuality is constant, it hasn’t changed.  From the first context of sex in the days of Adam/Eve, to the time of Sodom in the days of Lot, to the time of Moses, and into the NT church age, the lack of the bible's acceptability to homosexual behavior has remained constant.

Only dumbs care, jmfcst.

Quote B:

Is it just me, or is jmfcst making less and less sense with each post he makes?

Yep.  This thread is just spam.

I'm pretty sure its a reference to opebo's "choo choo train to theocracy" quote.

That was a priceless post, if I do say so myself.

However, keep in mind that choo choo trains are really all that jmfcst, the cultist, has talked about for months now.  Seems the prude is obsessed with phallic objects going into tunnels... perhaps sexual frustration has driven him round the bend.

Get it?  Round the bed.. choo choo trains?  heh.

As witty as Quote B is, I'll have to go with A for how sharp and biting it is.
