Johnson could obviously make a difference as a spoiler if we have a close election, in 3 of the last 14 elections the winner has had less than a 1% winning margin (at least in the popular vote). Its hard for me to imagine Hillary will do as well as Obama in 2016. With Obama's approval about -10, Hillary's likability about -15, the direction of the country on the wrong track by 41%, and the GOP currently sitting on a .5% advantage in the generic Congressional ballot, the GOP has a good shot at making 2016 a much closer election than in 2012.
