Why didn't Gary Locke run ? Locke unlike Bernie Sanders has had a record of Accomplishment as Governor of Washington. So Locke could have made a better case of getting Progressive Things Done. He has no Scandals that I know of, His Family is Telegenic, President Obama seems to like him, and he would have been the first Asian President. Heck, Locke could have been stronger than Hillary.....

So why didn't he run ?
