The Reid Building has crash landed in Glasgow. An extension of the Glasgow School of Art and facing onto Mackintosh's 'iconic' building it seems to be met with little criticism
Like it's counterpart, it's out of place in Glasgow in comparison to it's neighbours. Or is it? Behind the new building is a building I know very well; it's my old school
In 1998 they constructed a controversial but award winning Junior School

The two competing campuses in a battle for land
They are all within two blocks of each other.
As for me? I'm so used and so in love with this style in this part of the of the city, I just love it
