Umm.. No. Really guys no.

Unless there neither any Germanic Migrations AND the Roman Republic never expands to reaches across Italy. And then I'm asuming separate kingdoms for each. (Note: Until the 9th(?) century Kingdom of Scotland none of those polities could ever said to be united. Celtic Society was not very unified even within tribal grouping. Something which would doom the Gaelic Chiefdoms of Ireland in the C16th when they came against the Tudors.)
