Looks like I was one of the few people on the Obama bandwagon since the beginning (December 2006). For a long period of time (June 2007 to the Iowa caucuses) I believed Hillary had it wrapped up. Iowa changed everything.

For the Republicans, I really had no idea. I thought their candidates were pretty piss-poor, but by December I could tell that McCain was making a comeback and would probably be designated the candidate by default.
